National Institute of Engineering founded in 1946 and it is the oldest government college of India and fully functional ISO 9001:2008 certified training and placement division. It has a student strength of around 3600 and a large and vibrant faculty and a number of students placed from the campus recruitment activity are increasing every year and 90% students get a good job.

Placements at NIA have always been appealing but the highest packages are always scored by the computer science branch.

A total of 2,400 offers have been made through campus recruitment in the last five years. For the year 2016-17 till date we have 370 students placed and 52 companies visited the campus.
