There are not many core companies that come for the placement for mechanical engineering since the team has not been updated with industry tie-ups, it generally uses alumni connect for placements which make them very mediocre.
65% of the students were placed. The highest package given was of 7.5LPA and the lowest was 1 5LPA. Some prominent recruiters are given below:

Hi there,
Mechanical engineering is a discipline of engineering that applies the principles of physics and materials science for analysis, design, manufacturing, and maintenance of mechanical systems.
Indira College of Engineering and Management was established in 2007 by Shree Chanakya Education Society. It is affiliated to the University of Pune. The college is quite average so the placements for mechanical engineering are quite pathetic, but if you have some good communication and programming skills, you may get placed in some service-based IT companies.

Indira Gandhi College of Engineering and Management is an average Tier 2 college and has a reputation of average placement package of 3.5 LPA. The minimum package being 2.5 LPA and the maximum package being 8 LPA.

Indira College of Engineering and Management is located in Pune and it is affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University.
According to the reviews given by the students of Indira College of Engineering and Management, the infrastructure of the college and facilities provided by the colleges are average and faculties of Indira College of Engineering and Management are very knowledgeable and qualified too.

The training requirements of the student are addressed through custom designed campus recruitment & Training. Trainers from reputed institute come and train the students like C-DAC, Seed Infotech on the interview skills, personality development, etc.
