How are the placements of BE in Mechanical Engineering from Thapar University?

Well, placement of mechanical engineering students are quite good with over 40 companies visiting the campus for placement of mechanical. Mostly, the companies are core companies but few students opted to pursue their career in non-core companies. So, it is a free hand competition about the choosing the filed. The companies like:-Maruti Suzuki, Alstom, Honda cars, EXL, Reliance, TCS, Merchant Navy, TATA ACCENTURE, ANAND, Mahindra, Jindal Steels, etc. These are the companies which offered the students with the offer. The minimum package offered was 4 lakhs and the highest package was 8 lakhs offered to mechanical students. So, you can see how much of good opportunities do they offer to the students of mechanical, mainly in the core companies. So, it is good to go with the institute that gives flying start to your career. It is also having international placement with a tie-up with many international brands to give the students an opportunity to explore their potential to be the finest of the offer of placement.
