Hi, Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee is very good Institute worldwide as far as I have heard. The placements at IIT Roorkee for Electronics and Communication Engineering are seen very best which is almost around 90% every year. The average package is around 8 to 9 lakhs at this college. ECE
