How are the placements of electrical engineering in DTU?

    Hello Dipanshu,
    DTU has a very good record of placements. But then please remember, it all depends on market conditions at the time you pass out. Countries economic conditions, companies finances, these and many such similar factors affect placements.

    Electrical department is one of the oldest department in DTU from its establishment time.
    But, placement in electrical branch are not upto that level that what we expect.
    Yes, electronics placement is much better than electrical.
    The condition of electrical branch in DTU is same as of Mechanical and civil.
    You will have to struggle to get the average placement package.

    They are quite good, many get placed, but the starting packages are 4-5 LPA average only for core, but for electronics and coding, they are quite higher.
