I personally believe that a college or any institution can arrange for the campus. However, the placement completely depends upon the candidate's performance, confidence and the knowledge level presented at the time of interview by him or her. It is always advisable to keep your scorecard and knowledge excellent. It is these two things that will get you the right placement you are aspiring for.
