How are the placements of LPU for B.Tech CSE?

I can throw light on the placement scenario of LPU as one of my neighbourer who studied from LPU appreciated the hard efforts of the organisation in placements. She delightedly mentioned that more than 700 companies visit LPU every year for campus-recruitment of students. My neighbourer told that LPU believes in delivering the quality, for same, it has hired faculty from the reputed institutes like IITs, NITs. The syllabus is vetted from the company officials of Cognozant, SAP, Microsoft etc. To provide updated curriculum. LPU has his own space shuttle programme, where students and faculty members are working on satellite programme with the joint help of ISRO. Apart from this, LPU offers the following: 1. Rankings 2. Updated Curriculum 3. Industry Exposure 4. Good placements 5. Community Projects 6. Centre for Excellence 7. Internal and external competitions 8. B.Tech CSE- Computer Science and Engineering is one the branches in LPU having wonderful placement record. Pursuing this course in LPU will not only provide you a degree but a hands-on experience by practicing through labs and live projects. Beside course, LPU makes student ready for his career by focusing on overall development through PEP (Professional Enhancement Programmes) starting from the first semester till last semester including communication, analytical, logical and soft skills to enhance personality and employability. Most of our students get placed in reputed companies like Oracle, Google, Microsoft, SAP Labs, Tech Mahindra, IBM, ITC Infotech, KPIT Technologies, Capgemini, Synopsys, Wipro, L&T, Verizon etc. , with few opting for higher studies. Students have been offered packages as high as 26 LPA and as low as 3 LPA. Hi, placements in LPU are good but the problem is CSE is the most preferable branch through out the India so the ratio of job you get completely lies only in your hardworking nature and skills you develop.

CSE is one of the most sought-after programs these days. India being global hub of software and back-office industries, this field has immense job opportunities. You must know the parameters on which to compare. Some are mentioned as follows: The course curricula of any tech degree must be very unique and dynamic. It must be developed with extensive consultations with industry. The must students undergo many training like cutting edge technologies of SAP, Workday, waterfall other MOOCs, Advance Excel and many more. These skills come in handy for the students not only at the time of interviews and tests but also throughout their careers. There must be a dedicated effort by college/university in continuous improvement of personality, soft skills, professional ethics, interview skills, public speaking, presentation style development etc. In students. These are must for placements as well as performance in the jobs. The students must be exposed to large number of guest lectures and talks by industry experts, large number of events in university to enhance their organizing and networking kills, large number of social work initiatives to develop the right orientation and many more.

As per placements is concerned so the placements cell of LPU is really good. There are top MNC's companies visit in the college for campus, and in addition to that if we SEE the past few years placements records so that was really remarkable. There are students who get placed in Google, Microsoft, Facebook with the package in crores. So I must say that the placement of LPU is really excellent.

Hi, LPU placements are outstanding. LPU provides a wide range of programmes and streams with good infrastructure and provides ample opportunities to each and every one of the eligible students to secure good placement. LPU has been awarded National Employability 2020 for the Best Placements. The highest Package Availed by Engineering (CSE) Student MS Tanya Arora is 42 LPA for batch 2020 by Microsoft. Students are placed in AMAZON at a package of 30.3 LPA. Rs. 24 LPA for B.Tech/M.Tech CSE by Optmyzr. Rs. 80,000 per month as the highest Internship Stipend Availed by LPU Student (Summer Internship with Microsoft). Almost every MNC visit LPU to recruit students with an average package of 6-12 LPA.
