Admission to the LLM programme at Indian Law Institute is done through a centralised allocation process. The allocation is strictly based on the performance in the entrance test. This includes the ILICAT, with 53 available seats. Candidates have to apply for ILICAT counselling, as seat allotments will be processed therein. The allocation of seats would comprise various categories, such as unreserved, SC, ST, and others. Admission is based on merit, and scoring well in ILICAT shall be required for the candidates to confirm their seats.
