How are : TU Munich and TU Darmstadt for MS in Computer Science if want to go for Job after course.

My profile is : GRE : 321, TOEFL : 107, B.Tech C.S.E : 76%, 12th : 86%, 10th : 88% Sun Certified Java Programmer with 26 months Work Experience. Is it worth to shell a lot in US for education rather than pursue MS in Top German universities which are state funded?
