If you want a job in the networking field, having a CCNA is a great start. The certificate alone won't get you a job, but it might at least get you an interview. It will then be your job to sell yourself to prove to the employer that you know and understand the material. Anyone can read a book or watch some videos online to study for a test/exam, but you need to show that you are proficient in the subject, meaning that you can solve real-world problems and not just answer test questions. Make sure you really study and practice the material. The CCNA is really just to get you to the interview and then you sell yourself to get the job.
