Hello, Being a part of Lovely Professional University for two years, I can share my experience with LPU. It feels great to be a part of this big University. People recognize it due to its name and the opportunities that it provides to the students. This university is highly recognised by everyone and with a great reputation. You will get an immense number of opportunities. From the Infrastructure, The first time we entered the campus, we were mesmerized by the beauty of the campus. Such a clean and green environment it is. Positivity is all around in the campus. Central Library is there for the students to enhance the knowledge, MAC labs, High Tech Labs, Project studio are there to give exposure to the Industry and the Live Projects. Security & Safety LPU is a Drug-Free Campus LPU that has Zero tolerance towards drugs & alcohol. A dedicated & expert department of security officials and personnel are on duty 24 x 7 to ensure that no drug ever enters the campus. A majority of security personnel and gunmen are experienced ex-servicemen, fully equipped and trained. Lady security staff are specially recruited for girls hostel security. With over 400 full-time security officials, thousands of security cameras, LPU is one of the safest campuses in the world. The security team includes experienced ex-military men and women. Continuous Monitoring of each and every area of the campus is being done through CCTV. Placements I talk about the placements then, Over 10,000 offers made in recent years by bulk recruiters LPU becomes the favorite landing place for bulk recruiters like Cognizant Technology Solutions, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, Amazon, Bosch Engineering, Tata Consultancy Services, Meditab, and many more! There is a special department is there that takes care of the students to prepare them for the placement opportunities which is remarkable.

Ahhh! This can be answered by me. I really miss LPU I. e. my other city. Being alumni of LPU, I have many memories there. It is really the big university I have ever seen in my life as of now. Lovely Professional University (LPU), situated in Phagwara, in Punjab, India was established in 2005 and started welcoming students in 2006. The vast campus is spread over 600+ acres and 1200+ acres of agricultural land, it houses over 30,000 students annually and 3500+ staff, making it the largest student campus in India. There are around 400 courses for students on offer, within a variety of faculty members, including mechanical engineering, economics, law, performing arts, robotics and automation engineering, fashion design, journalism, and zoology. Students can gain undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral degrees. All courses at LPU are taught in English so it is required that all students applying for admission should have strong reading, writing, speaking, and understanding of the English Language. LPU has strong partnerships with large companies in a wide variety of industries, including Microsoft, Google, Amazon, and Hilton Hotel. Students are encouraged to secure internships and placements throughout their studies. In an attempt to nurture students' entrepreneurial talents, the university provides office space and equipment, technology support, and SEED capital. In addition, there's a dedicated business development hub, which hires mentors to assist students who are developing strong business ideas. There's a large cricket stadium and health centre for students to access. Sports on offer include cricket, boxing, football, taekwondo, and basketball. Students at LPU have competed at international events like the Commonwealth Championships in the United Kingdom and the National Judo Championships. There are also inter-university tournaments held on campus throughout the academic year. LPU has relationships with universities around the world to encourage international students to attend the university. Lovely Professional University witnessed absolute madness as the students celebrated the presence of international singing sensation Guru Randhawa. Student organisation Spade, DSW organized the Grand finale of the Devils Hunt Talent show at LPU to embrace the talent of the aspirants. A Campus-To Fall in LOVE with ! LPU campus is spread over 700+ acres. I get to know when I was enrolling myself into MBA. It has all the facilities in one campus, let it be the hospital, shopping mall, hotel, banks, ATM machines. LPU campus is one of the safest campuses maintained by over 400 full-time security professionals, most of whom are experienced ex-military personnel. I was surprised to SEE the diverse dining and shopping options available within the university campus. There is a state-of-the-art 8-storey mall which has shops of all possible needs, departmental stores, and gadget stores too. Diverse options of dining are also available within the campus, which range from traditional Indian sweets to modern coffee shops. Most importantly, it has various banks with more than 50 ATMs inside the campus; hence, students need not go outside for any kind of transactions. The campus of LPU is so vast that it has its own postal code and office. I would recommend you to visit this university once if you are planning to get admission for yourself or your anyone else. Let me share with you highlights of LPU Campus it makes me nostalgic everytime. The university campus spreads over 600 acres (2.4 km2) in boundary on the outskirts of Jalandhar. The green environment is super conducive to learning. LPU hosts one of the largest set of laboratories. There is a Museum containing demonstration of Projects. There is Polyhouse Technology A climate controlled cultivation (Hi-tech farming) of horticultural crops for high yield and quality production. Multimedia Studio for Science, Research and InnovationLPU has three auditoriums - Baldev Raj Mittal Unipolis (seating capacity 20000+), Shanti Devi Mittal Auditorium (seating capacity 2500) and university Auditorium (seating capacity 350). These auditoriums are widely used to host the events of international and national repute. The University has 2 amphitheatres which are used to organize cultural events, competitions, plays and the like. These amphitheatres are also used by regional and national film makers as location for their movies and songs. There is Aviation Lab, cultural labs, university hospital, in house laundry. Shanti Devi Mittal Indoor Stadium is a cynosure for all sportspersons and it has multifarious facilities under one roof which include 6 Squash Courts, 1 Basketball Court, 3 Volleyball Courts, 12 Badminton Courts, 1 Shooting Range (25 Lane), 3 Swimming Pools, 1 Fully equipped Gym, Weightlifting Room, Chess Room, Yoga Room, and Aerobics room, University has 12 full-fledged gyms out of which 2 are indoor and 10 are outdoor. Lovely Professional University as in the present scenario this is the university which caters to the all-round development of its students and nurtures it with care to boost the career to a pinnacle of ultimate success which might be the envy of many. Lovely Professional University is close to my heart. I have spend some of the very memorable days of my college life here and looking forward to so much more. I have studied in LPU, lived in hostel. So, I am eligible to answer this question in better way. LPU is not only the largest university of the country but also the university with the most diverse student population. Learning in LPU will make you a truly global citizen. The first time I visited the campus I had no idea how big the campus would be, I want prepared to witness such a huge walk down but later got used to it. I would say be prepared to witness muscle pain in initial few days if you are not used to physical exercise on regular bases. It provides all the facilities inside campus, let it be from restaurants, eateries, grooming facilities, ATMs, bowling alley, hospital, banks, and post-offices, Hospitals are available. LPU has its own 8 storey mall which has shops for literally everything including gadgets and a departmental store like WH SMITH LPU's infrastructure is one of the biggest & best in the World. LPU is growing it's size every year. They have taken a lots of lands around the campus and they are expanding every year. In my opinion it is more than 1000 acres by now. Because 7 years back they used to tell us it was 600acre campus, but I have seen the sheer size they grown into now. If you have visited 57 block then I sure you came to know about how big s campus is. Although Campus is really attractive, Definitely you will fall in love with the campus. I am sure you will never feel regret after taking admission in LPU.

On the campus, Central Library, Hospital facility is available 24*7 for staff and student, Shopping mall, Indoor Sports Stadium with 2 Olympic size Swimming Pools, Public/Private Sector Banks, ATM etc. The main thing I have learned their time management and discipline. LPU does have a beautiful campus that is spread over 600+ acres. It has an A+ infrastructure and which is remarkable. All the facilities are available on the campus itself, a student does not need to go outside for anything. On the campus, Central Library, Hospital facility is available 24*7 for staff and student, Shopping mall, Indoor Sports Stadium with 2 Olympic size Swimming Pools, Public/Private Sector Banks, ATM etc. The labs are well-equipped with the latest systems in place installed with up-to-date software, guided and monitored by the IT cell. The central library is equipped with millions of books for running courses as well as for extra studies. University Hospital caters for the medical needs of the university people with inbuilt pathological labs and physiotherapy services. A humongous ground located near the hostels ensures that each and everyone gets to access the sports and games which they want to play. Hi there, I am an alumni of LPU. I have done BCA at LPU is a place where a person can learn many things. The main thing I have learned is management and discipline. LPU is so big it is an ocean of opportunities for the students who have thrust of success. They have each and every thing possible they made it available inside the campus. All the facilities are available in the campus itself, a student do not need to go outside for anything. In the campus, Central Library, Hospital facility is available 24*7 for staff and student, Shopping mall, Indoor Sports Stadium with 2 Olympic size Swimming Pools, 7 Public/Private Sector Banks, 27ATM etc. LPU is spread over 600+ acres of land and they are Still constructing more and expanding their campus for the future needs apart from that LPU does have the 1200+ acres of Land which is for agriculture students they take care of each and every thing. In houses 30k+ students from 29 states and 50+countries across the globe. *The campus of LPU is surrounded by trees and gardens that make the teaching and learning environment more comfortable.
