Yes, Microbiology and Biotechnology are paramedical fields that require biology as a main subject. You can enroll for Bachelors in Microbiology or Biotechnology from any graduate college that offers these specialties after H. S. C.

Actually, this varies from college to college. Most of the colleges ask for PCM along with bio, but you can go for some private universities, they don't need it at all. Otherwise, you need to drop a year and take mathematics as a optional subject.
