    The students who want to study in Panjab University need to fill the application form provided by ICCR (Indian council of cultural relations) and the ICCR will then contact the university and will provide the details about eligible candidates.

    Dear student you can apply as a foreign student in Punjab university if you meet the cut off marks then you will get admission in college.
