How can a Nepali student apply for study scholarship in one of the aerospace institutes in India?

A Nepali student will normally be not allowed admission by any state govt since almost all seats are reserved for domicile candidates. However, Nepalese students can seek admission to Institutions controlled by Central Govt and colleges under the purview of Deemed Universities.
