I got 175 marks in JEE Mains and 40% marks in JEE Advanced in 2017. Will I get admission on the basis of 2017 JEE Mains marks?

You can apply online through the web portals once they are made available.
Selection is mainly through single-window counselling system based on your High school (i.e. 12th or junior college according to your state) marks, when studying under class 10+2 system in India. They see your PCM mark aggregate (generally called CUT-OFF mark in TN) out of 100.
