How can a person can get higher salary packages (like in IIMs) while studying in an ordinary MBA college?

Average salary in campus placement for graduates without prior experience of Tier I B-schools is Rs 12(+) Lakhs per annum but for Tier 3 B-schools it is Rs 4(+) Lakh per annum.
