how can a person who cannot even answer a state level CET get a rank. .,please tell me way out .because i have struggled a lot..

Yes, some times truth is stranger than fiction. There are people with minimum essential marks who have gone through entrance examinations with good ranks. And there are rank holders too who fail to clear entrance examinations.
