    Student must fill a refund application form and submit it along with the supporting documents to the Students Services Officer. Refund will be processed within the 28 days after the submission of the refund application. The total percent of refund provided to international students is mentioned below.

    Cancellation notice before 4 weeks or more and if an eCoe (Electronic Confirmation of Enrollmet) was not issued for more than 3 months

    50% refund

    • Cancellation notice of less than 4 weeks

    • An eCoe (Electronic Confirmation of Enrollmet) provided 3 months before the commencement of the course.

    • Visa extention declined

    • The student does not want to go further with visa process.

    • Full deposit as mentioned in enrolment agreement not paid.

    •  If the student's enrolment is declined due to violation of college regulations and visa condition.

    • If the student has given wong information.

    • If the student fails to meet the conditions mentioned in enrolment agreement.

    • If the student fails to meet visa requirements of Australian government.

    No refund
