How can an Indian student gain admission into Ohio State University for Masters in English?

Applicants must thoroughly follow the below mentioned requirements in order to get into the university:</p><ul><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in English or a minimum of 40 quarter hours (27 semester hours) of English coursework from an accredited college or university.</p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Course work in a second language is preferred (20 quarter hours or 15 semester hours) but not required.</p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Applicants must have an undergraduate grade point average of at least 3.0 on a scale of 4 (where 4.0=A) and at least a 3.0 on all previous graduate work and a GPA of at least 3.4 overall and 3.6 in English courses (undergraduate or graduate)</p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Applicants must also give an English Proficiency test of TOEFL with a minimum score of 79 out of 120.&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p dir="ltr">OR&nbsp;</p><p dir="ltr">IELTS 7.0 on the IELTS Academic test or IELTS Indicator (6.5 for Moritz College of Law applicants)</p>
