How can Cambridge board students prepare for AIIMS?

The Cambridge board differs from the NCERT a lot and I am in 2th.

Hi, You can buy second hand book or avail them online. Basically, you should be able to solve the exercises. Though it is said that the papers are based on NCERTS the level hugely differs. The CBSE students also practice from other books and then solve NCERTS. So, you don't need to worry about this.
