There are two entry options for candidates to enter the Bapuji Institute of Engineering and Technology, namely through entrance exams and through management quota. However, the majority of the students gain entry through KCET conducted for candidates from Karnataka state or through COMEDK UGET for other students. To be eligible to get an entry, one has to have passed the 10+2 with physics, mathematics, and chemistry/ biology. After qualifying for entrance exams, they undergo counselling and wait for seat allotment.
