· BTech with a minimum CGPA of 8.0 on a 10.0 point scale (GATE may be exempted for a candidate with a bachelor’s degree from Centrally Funded Technical Institute (CFTI)/ Government Funded Technical Institute (GFTI) with a minimum CGPA of 8.0)

· Merit-based (for CFTI/ GFTI students)

· GATE (for students from other institutions)

Part-Time PhD

· M.Tech in a relevant discipline with a good and consistent academic record

OR
