Admissions are grounded on merit as per the grades attained by the candidate in the qualifying examination. Candidates should meet the eligibility requiremnets. Students can get direct admission if they have passed with minimum 50% in 10+2 Examination with at least five subjects from a honored Board or University.

Admission to UG and PG courses at ITM Lucknow is based on the CUET entrance exam. The Institute also accepts JEE Mains marks for B.Tech admissions, with counseling handled by mission to UPTAC.Candidates seeking admission to postgraduate programmes such as M.Tech must take the CUET PG examination. While MBA admissions will be based on CMAT scores, the Institute will conduct a GD/PI round.
