<p>Admission to the B.Tech/B.E programme will be based on the marks secured in the CET/COMDEK and Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) qualified students will be eligible for admission. Students with B.E/B.Tech in the relevant subjects can apply for M.Tech course and admission to the course will be based on the performance in the KPGCET.&nbsp;GATE qualified students will be exempted from the examination.</p><p>The admission process can be summarized as follows:-</p><ul><li>Visit the official website of the Vemana Institute of Technology</li><li>Register through the information required</li><li>Fill the academic and personal details</li><li>Submit the application form and take a print out of it.</li><li>After the successful completion of the registration process, candidates will be contacted by the faculty.</li></ul><p>The eligibility criteria for B.Tech admission is as follows:-</p><ul><li>10+2 examination qualified in Science Stream (PCM) from a recognised board of Education.</li><li>Minimum 45% marks should be secured in the final examination (40% marks for SC/ST students).</li><li>Applicants can also apply for admission to the direct the second year of the course (lateral entry admissions).</li><li>Such candidates must hold a Diploma in any of the branches of Engineering from a recognised institution and have secured not less than 50% aggregate marks in the final year of the course.</li></ul><p>Admission to the course will be based on the performance in CET/COMED-K.</p><p>The eligibility criteria for M.Tech admission is as follows:-</p><ul><li>B.Tech/B.E degree holder in the relevant subject from a recognised university or institute.</li><li>Minimum 50% marks should be secured in the qualifying examination.</li><li>Students appearing for the final examination can apply.</li></ul><p>The selection criteria is:-</p><ul><li>Admission to the course will be based on the marks secured in KPGCET</li><li>Candidates who have cleared GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) are exempted from the entrance test.</li><li>The institute gives preference to the students who hold a domicile certificate of the state</li></ul>
