You have to meet the eligibility criteria for the specific programme you choose . Minimum criteria for every programme to have a 50 % score in 12th and a decent score in entrance exam. For btech/ B.E they opt JEE Main, for M.Tech students should have an undergraduate degree with a minimum of 50%, alongside they must also have either a GATE score or a MHT CET score. and yes admission without GATE is possible, but a MHT CET M.Tech score is mandatory.
