How can career in event management be pursued after B.Tech from ECE? What are the further options that can be pursued in the same field?

I need to know that I can find a job directly after B.Tech or do I need to take PG course in event related field and if yes then please mention the best colleges in India and the entrance exam & additional details 2 pursue further. like job fields/categries for eg. operations/PR/adminstrtn etc.?
