How can errors in the e-certificate offered by NPTEL be corrected?

NPTEL will print the certificates with information furnished during the exam registration process. Corrections would be accepted only before data correction deadlines, as mentioned in the exam guidelines.
If corrections are sought after deadlines, NPTEL will accept corrections for ?200/Correction nam
