To help employees grow and improve throughout the course of their work, corporations offer career rotation. In rare instances, people switch careers from the business world to teaching. With the exception of extremely specialised teaching positions in topics like management, medicine, practical engineering, etc. , industry experience does not significantly advance a career in teaching in the bulk of disciplines.

Of course, the knowledge or experience in any field will help a lot in the teaching field as you can give the practical knowledge or live examples to the students.
You should go for the teaching in your industry related fields through which you can share your experience with the students.
