How can I acquire a B.Tech degree? I have done my B.Sc , M.Sc and M.Tech(CSE) and pursuing PhD working in a private engineering college.

I have done my B.Sc (computer science), M.Sc (Computer science) and M.Tech (CSE) and pursuing Phd working in a private engineering college. But as per AICTE norms B.Tech, M.Tech should be the qualification for Assistant Professor. Can you help me solve this problem.
