How can I appear for BHU's entrance exam to pursue B.Sc?

I failed to fill BHU's entrance form for B.Sc course. I scored 87.6 percent marks in class 12th.

check on bhu site for further extension of date.else contact bhu officials .if date is passed nothing can be done
