Yes, as suggested by @||anjani jha|| N.I.O.S (National Institute of Open Schooling) is the best option.
It is recognised by the Central Government is equivalent to any other board of education.
Also individuals from NIOS are definitely eligible to write any entrance exam and opt for their f
