how can i appera direct TYBcom if i failed in FYBcom from mumbai university
i was failed in 2001, after that i left study. but now i want to apper direct TYBCOM. through any university which are UGC?? so can u guide me????

You can not do that, to clear the B.Com , you have to pass FY,SY and TY. So, if KT is allowed you may join SY and alongwith SY you may clear your KT for FY. but under no circumstances you will be allowed to appear for TY.
