Hi Ankit, you have not specified which course do you want to apply for. If its UG then you need to know certain facts before applying : Indian class 12 as such is not considered equivalent with German class 12. So Indian students are eligible to apply for a bachelor programme if they fulfill one of the following criteria: I. Successfully completing the first year of a bachelor programme from a recognized university in India in the relevant subject field. II. Successfully clearing the IIT Joint Entrance Examination for admission to courses in technology and natural sciences. III. Passing the qualification assessment examination in Germany, called Feststellungspruefung If you intend to go for PG then you may need to appear for GRE or GMAT (management courses only) and IELTS or TOEFL. There are 2 intakes in a yearSep/Oct and MArch/April. The application and admission process takes about 9 months so youneed to plan accordingly. Thedeadline for Sep/Oct intake is in Jan and for March /Aprilintake is in July. Hence, youwill need to make an early application.
