How can I apply as a News reader in Marathi News channels? What are the requirements?

A job of tv news reader is very simple yet challenging , you are placed on a monitor ( auto-script CRT tv ) your job is to read that live rolling news without making any blender . off course they give training for that and they test you before placing you on-air . so develop a good language skill ,
