How can I apply CSIR NET 2020 without noncremy layer?

Actually due to corona effect I did not get noncremy layer. So how can I apply.

    Hello, There are different eligibility criteria for the candidates who want to appear in CSIR NET Examination based on the categories. The minimum CSIR NET Eligibility criteria to appear in the exam is having a Masters degree with 55% aggregate marks. Candidates who belong from the reserved category can get relaxation of 5% is the required percentage. So, before applying for the exam is important to have an idea about the category that you are going to select.
