With 65% marks in class 12th and with your good score in JEE Mains, you can apply for an NIT.

You can apply for NIT, if you have cleared JEE Mains required cutoff.
You can apply for NIT counseling through JOSAA portal.
The website for registration is www.josaa.nic.in
