    10+2

    Pass the 10+2 examination with a minimum of 45% marks in Physics and Mathematics. Chemistry, Computer Science, Biotechnology, or Biology should be one of the optional subjects. 

    Diploma

    Have a Diploma in engineering from the Kerala state board of technical examinations or an equivalent diploma. The minimum marks required for the Diploma is 50%, but it is 45% for candidates from socially and educationally backward classes.
