The eligibility criteria for B.Ed is that you need to have atleast 50%-55% of marks in your graduation.

To apply for B.Ed you need to have passed Higher Secondary/ Graduation with minimum 50% marks from a recognised University. Average course fee charged by institutes ranges from INR 30,000 to 60,000.
