    To apply for the B.Tech. in Electronics and VLSI Engineering at IIIT Delhi, candidates must appear for JEE Main and participate in the Joint Admission Counselling (JAC) Delhi process. Eligible applicants should have at least 70% aggregate marks in the best five subjects in Class XII (including Physics, Chemistry, Maths) and 70% in Maths. The application is submitted online through the JAC Delhi portal, followed by seat allotment based on JEE Main ranks and choice filling during counselling.
