BPT is not available in any AIIMS. It was there in past but now discontinued.

In the recent times, BPT course has been withdrawn from the circular of courses available in any AIIMS throughout the country. So, you cannot apply to AIIMS.
    All the best.

You need to clear your 10+2 from recognized education board. You also need to qualify the entrance test.

You need to clear your 10+2 from a recognized educational Board. And, then qualify for the Common Entrance Test. If you got merit marks, you will get seat in AIIMS. For detailed information, please check here- https://ntaneet.nic.in/Ntaneet/Welcome.aspx
