How can I apply for German engineering colleges?

Hi Prakram,
I am assuming you are asking about bachelor degree program. If I am not wrong then you cannot apply after class 12th. They require 13 years education. Below is the eligibility:
1. Complete first year of a Bachelor programme from a recognized university in India in the relevant subject
