how can i apply for iit after diploma in cst?

Dear Abhijit,
You can't, I'm afraid. See, after diploma you are not eligible for any central college like IITs, NITs. But, yes in the state colleges where there are seats for LEET, you can get admitted there on the basis of your LEET rank. CHEERS!
