How can I apply for Indian Air Force after 12th without appearing for NDA?

you can do graduation, and then you can apply for CDSE, AFCAT exams.

no chance after, 12 . I will have to do graduation for Air Force??

You are eligible to join non-commissioned officer rank jobs in different trades after 12th by appearing for selection examinations conducted by Airmen Selection Centres of Indian Air Force. IAF hires commission officers through NDA exam conducted by UPSC with PCM subjects in class 12th board.

You can apply for AFCAT after completing your graduation and get into Air Force.
