Apply for JEE Main 2019 button, the candidates will have to go ahead and click on Proceed to Apply Online. Next, the candidates will have to fill the given details: State of Eligibility. Identification Type (Aadhaar, Student ID, Passport, Ration Card, Bank Account).

Hello Ram,
To apply for the JEE exam, you need to fill the online application form for the JEE Mains exam which will be filled till the 1st January 2018.
You can fill the online application from the official website of the JEE Mains exam.
