You need to apply in centralised admission process by DTE maharashtra which will be after cet results You can apply through CAT,CMAt scores if you are minority like SC/ST/obc you can apply offline as well

If you have given your CET then you can apply for MMS. You cant decide. based on your percentile the DTE will allocate a college to you.
