Hi Stanzin,
You can apply for BE/ B.Tech in colleges approved by AICTE.
1. While filling the form online/ offline, you have to choose the colleges' priority wise.
2. University will declare the combine merit list and you will get admission as per your merit number for particular university/ colleg
