Two broad steps include:
Step 1: Select and apply to universities, Wait for Letter of Acceptance
Step 2: Once you get it, prepare complete application package for canadian embassy

Upon receipt of the letter of acceptance students can apply for a student visa from the Canadian Immigration Attach in Delhi.
