How can I apply in Australian universities?
My profile: 10th-59%, 12th-40%, BE (CSE)-6.7 CGPA (waiting for 8th semester's result). I am expecting the final score of my graduation to be somewhere around 7.0 CGPA. Some people have suggested my CQU, CSQ and QUT but these universities do not have good reputation with international students.

Since you do not have a very good academic background, so you might not get approval from the universities abroad. So, firstly give IELTS exam, then see which college accepts your IELTS score and if they can also accept your past academic scores then well and good or else go for low-grade colleges.
