The JEE Mains forms are available since December 2016.
Kindly visit the official website of JEE Mains (jeemains.nic.in) and apply for the exam by filling all your details and then upload your photograph and signature along with your aadhar card and then pay the fee online.

You will score more than 75% marks in class 12th and appeared into JEE exam and qualify it.
