How can I apply in this situation as I was a semester student till BA?

Now, I want to apply for MA in CCSU & they are saying that one can't register without having all sem marks.I've completed my grad. from sem. system & my 5th & 6th sem. marks are about to come. I want to apply in CCSU but have a merit problem.

Normally speaking, all institutions allow students to appear for entrance exam if any, only with the declaration that they have appeared for qualifying exam. However, when it comes to registering for admission post such exam, one definitely needs to have marks sheet of qualifying exam, in your case of 5/6 semester. Problem does not come, if you are seeking admission in same University. But, students of different universities suffer, but then that is life.
